InnoZ – Connected mobility touch table
InnoZ is an NGO largely held by Deutsche Bahn. One of InnoZ’s objectives is to promote connected mobility – a combination of innovative solutions such as e-bikes, rental bicycles or cars for rent by the minute. As part of the Team at IXDS I developed an interactive traffic simulation running on a multi-touch table. Through interacting with this system, users can experience first hand that interventions are needed to sustain future mobility challenges. The solution helped InnoZ to engage in a discussion with political opinion leaders. Now this system is going international: three of these tables will be exhibited in China.
