Schule im Aufbruch
During my studies at the HPI School of design thinking the initiative “Schule im Aufbruch” commissioned me and my team to work on the topic of change making in schools. Schule im Aufbruch is a initiative which supports teachers, kides and parents in the change making process at their school. They created a german wide network of schools which want to change their structures. During our research we interviewed several teachers and experts in the field of learning to gain a broad perspective about the topic. Our main insight was that most of the teachers are motivated to start changing their school but they don’t get active because they do not believe in their own impact. Based on these insights we focused on raising the perceived self-efficacy of the teachers to overcome this obstacles.
