Lifebuddy – An App for Life Lifebuddy is an Smartphone and Smartwatch application to call for instant help in an emergency situation. By sending out a help-signal to the Bosch Healthcare Call Center, the GPS location an all relevant health data of the person is instantly submitted to the rescue workers to ensure the fasted rescue procedure. As part of the Team at IXDS we applied the lean startup methodology and went from user research to insights, from concept to service blueprinting, interaction design and prototyping. My focus in this project was the overall concept development and User-Experience of the application.
