Challenge

Bosch Healthcare Solutions (BHCS) asked our team at IXDS to be their research, concept and design partner in creating an innovative and highly simplified aid solution for active people around the world.

Approach

Together with Bosch we applied the lean startup methodology and went from user research to insights, from concept to service blueprinting, interaction design and prototyping.

Result

We created an intuitive smartphone and smartwatch app that connects users to a Bosch call center with one click, 24/7. Main USPs are the GPS localization of the person in need and the automatic transfer of relevant health data. Both of which help save people’s lives.
