Global Service Design Jam Amsterdam
In march 2014 I facilitated the “Global service design jam” at the “A-Labs” in Amsterdam with my friends from our Kaboom-Network. The Amsterdam Service Jam is a satellite event of the Global Service Jam. About 120 Jams in different cities around the world take place in the same weekend all working on service innovation and design. The aim of this jam was to give and introduction into the field of service design and engage the participants to develop new ideas. My part was to support the teams with service design methods to enhance their creative process. Every day we had presentations in which the teams showed their work and discussed their ideas.
